A Support Co-ordinator will ensure services agreements and service bookings are arranged with your providers and help you build your ability to exercise choice and control, to co-ordinate supports and access your local community.   They can also assist you to plan ahead in preparation for your next plan review and  help you to 'optimise' your plan ensuring that you are getting the most of your funded supports.

 

Support Coordination is a funded support in your NDIS Plan in the Capacity Building category to link you to community, mainstream and other government services.
